I’m a creative leader with a strong focus on cultural and earned impact. Currently, I lead all creative for Mastercard in North America and lead social creative globally across over 100+ markets for the brand at McCann’s integrated purpose-built agency for Mastercard, XBC.
I know the power of a great idea. I also know that great ideas don’t happen without leadership, vision, process and business acumen. I work had to develop and lead creative teams that don’t just execute against briefs and client asks, but understand the transformative power of creativity to impact business results.
Throughout my career, I’ve grown and developed creative practices and teams for various brands, including AppleTV+, T-Mobile, American Express, Burger King, Subway, Nutter Butter, Oreo, Sour Patch Kids, Tropicana Brands, TUMS, IMAX, Walmart, Trolli, Woodford Reserve, and many more.
Under my leadership, these teams have achieved remarkable success, winning over 50 awards from prestigious organizations such as Cannes Lions, The Clios, The One Show, D&AD, The Webby Awards, the Effies, Ad Age, and Adweek.
Additionally, we were honored to be named AdWeek’s Inaugural Agency Social Team of the Year in 2025. Our work has also garnered significant earned media coverage and industry accolades from renowned publications like The New York Times, Buzzfeed, CNN, ESPN, Ad Age, Hypebeast, Adweek, The Drum, Campaign US, Fast Company, and many others.
I’ve been privileged to serve on juries for several prestigious advertising award shows, including Cannes Lions 2025, LIAs 2024, One Show 2023, The Webby Awards, and The Drum Awards.
Since 2024, I’ve been a board member of TikTok US’ 20-person creative council, called the #ForYou Collective, helping TikTok define products, services and the future of creative on the platform, as well as a member of TikTok’s GenAI advisory council.
